TXD Steel Profile has expanded its galvanized welded wire mesh inventory to cover more than 50 distinct size combinations, responding to growing demand from construction, fencing, and concrete reinforcement markets. The expanded product line now spans mesh openings from 12.7 mm × 12.7 mm (1/2 inch) to 200 mm × 200 mm (8 inch), with wire diameters from 0.6 mm to 6.0 mm.
The new inventory includes fine-mesh panels for rodent-proofing and filter screens, medium-opening mesh for security fencing and machine guarding, and large-opening mesh for concrete slab reinforcement and gabion facing. All mesh is electric-welded at every wire intersection, producing rigid panels and rolls with consistent aperture dimensions.
Hot-dip galvanized finish is standard for all stocked sizes, providing a minimum zinc coating of 40 g/m² for general outdoor use. Heavier coatings (60–100 g/m²) are available for coastal and high-humidity environments. PVC-coated galvanized mesh in green and black is also stocked for architectural fencing and landscaping applications where appearance matters alongside corrosion protection.
